Sales staff on the phone get BIG commission as they can make as much as $10 per hour from your salary and they know NOTHING about pharmacy. They are just business salesman 'Hey take it fast or it will be gone', 'Hey can you travel to Sudbury great price'. First time had to fight them for my money as each time they would ask for the same details, sad to say but even labor jobs have better agencies than this
