Only reason they get 1 start is because I can't give a 0 (ZERO). Operator hung up on me, Erin #65...not helpful at all. On top of this, they sent the bill to the WRONG address and expected me to pay late fees once my post office realized their mistake. NOPE. Not paying at all, their $3.55 toll bill turned into $29...seems like a money scam to me! Sorry, being from out of state and hitting a cashless toll that gets billed and sent to a wrong address, NOT something I'm going to pay! SCAM - MONEY GRAB!
Called back - David #102 was much more helpful and removed the $5 late fee but could provide nothing else w/o me being the one to jump through a bunch of hoops! BS, over a $3.55 charge. SCAM!
