Does not honor their warranty. I sent my YogaBook in for repair well over a month ago, promised 9-day turnaround. They say they're still waiting for it (USPS confirms delivery). I have contacted them over 7 times and I get a different story each time. The warranty will expire while they still have it. I guess that's their plan, so then they can say they don't have to fix it because it's out of warranty! I cannot believe such a major company would have such terrible product support and treat its customers so horribly. #LenovoSupportSucks #DontBuyLenovo
