I called the other morning with the hopes of getting some help, that I thought probably was hopeless BUT, the person I spoke to - I'm sorry I missed her name - was SUPER helpful. She was relaxed, calm, told me what I needed to do and ... viola! everything was fixed. I am just SO thankful! PlanetCom has helped me in the past and I will always consider them first as a go to, for help.
