Furniture not wrapped like I requested and damaged...

Furniture not wrapped like I requested and damaged with big gauges out of antiques. Movers also lost 3 screws to my bookcase which I can not find replacements for. The staff was awful and said what happened was not true. Very unpleasant and upsetting experience.
