I stayed at this property 2 weeks ago and upon arrival everything was very nice. The view was absolutely amazing and the unit was very spacious. After leaving and returning home, I received an email concerning additional charges for a stain left on the comforter in one of the rooms. I called and spoke to Hannah she explained it was a pink stain, (The result of 1 of the girls sitting on the bed after getting out of the pool). I asked why would I be charged for a stain when the comforters have to be washed after check out? Her reply to me was, "No ma'am we do not wash the comforters after each guest." I was disgusted and angry to find out I paid hundreds of dollars + a resort fee + cleaning fees to lay on something that may have been on the bed for countless weeks and or months! I was angry because I was charged for something that wasn't clean upon arrival for one and secondly, because following Hannah Jones and my conversation I emailed her and never received a reply. If this is the policy of Resort Collections, maybe just maybe your workers shouldn't be informing guests of it when they call with concerns about additional charges! Can you imagine what all goes on during Spring Break in Panama City in them rooms and you guys don't think it's logical to change bed linens?
