Staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are quiet, bathroom is massive with heated marble floors. The pool is heated and is both indoor and outdoor. You can swim from the indoor portion to the outdoor portion. Bully Ranch Restaurant is connected and I highly recommend. There is a gameroom for kids in the basement and a beautiful reading area with a fireplace and piano.
