We booked a Coco Cabana birthday party here for my 7 year old this year. Our arrival time was set for 1 pm. We waited nearly 45 minutes before we were shown to our reservation area. Although the staff was kind and accommodating, there wasn't much communication between the party planning staff and the desk clerks that you check in with. Otherwise, all the kiddos had a blast!
