Called to schedule service for a recall to get fix...

Called to schedule service for a recall to get fixed at the service dept. Was told lets order the parts 1st and then we can schedule the service. OK..... 3 weeks still waiting for that call. Most likely didn't want to do the job since Yamaha only pays them a fraction of what it would cost a regular off the street repair.

Don't go and respond you are still waiting for the OEM parts they take longer to get. Because #1 you should have called me to update me and #2 I already got the issue fixed at another dealership within a week (I'm not that dumb to call one service center and wait for a return call, I know how you all run your service centers). I could have ordered the parts and had them in my hands in 3 days.
