Went there yesterday to look at refrigerators. Was immediately greeted by the owner. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Ran some errands, went back to purchase it and set up delivery. This is where things start to get bad. My wife very plainly states that she has to be at work by noon, the owner inquires about appointments for tomorrow and there are none. We set up a time of 1030am. He says that the fridge would be loaded and ready for delivery by today. (3/4) Needless to say, the fridge wasn't loaded for delivery and they arrived at 1130 (!) My wife had to call multiple times to get someone on the phone. That how it was discovered that the refrigerator hadn't been loaded. Hopefully, my experience will help any potential customer of the aforementioned shop to make their best and most informed decision about where to (and where not to) purchase appliances.
