Big thanks to Roger and June! Secured my first mortgage today. Process could not have been smoother. Have dealt with roger since my initial enquiries a couple of years ago. Once I was ready, a DIP was agreed within a day or 2, then again once I was ready I applied and it took about a week (including arranging a valuation) to get approved.
June and roger were always available or got back to me the same day, and everything was fast and no-nonsense.

Have also arranged to have relevant life and income protection with them- Sandra has spent hours and hours over the past few days on the phone with me to get me the right cover.

Could not suggest any improvements as everything was faultless.
