I joined EPM as part of a company merge back in July of 2017. Since becoming part of the Elmington family, I have enjoyed work so much more than I have in the past! I am blessed with a truly phenomenal Regional Property Manager, an amazing AP Specialist, a smart and organized Accounting team, and an awesome and hard-working onsite team!

EPM is an organization that provides you all the tools needed to succeed. They expect you to work hard and do not settle for mediocre workmanship.

Perhaps my favorite part of EPM is their charitable heart and drive. Throughout the year, the company hosts nationwide charity drives/contests and projects. Then, as a bonus for participating, you earn FREE PAID days off! It is a win-win! Any company that makes community around them better than it was before, is truly is at the heart of success.
