Ordered 2 omelets online this morning for pick up. Quoted time was 45 minutes. When I arrived 45 min later I was told it would be an additional 15 minutes. The girl at the counter was not friendly or apologetic. Note, the place was not packed, there were many empty tables. The omelets I finally got were tiny, burnt, and with different ingredients than described on the menu. My omelet was almost entirely kraft American single. The other one popped open to ooze this nasty brown gunk. I m not kidding. We were so disgusted we couldn t even eat them. They couldn t even get the toast or hash browns right. Hash browns undecrooked, bland; toast was burnt to a crisp. Can t believe I paid $19 for that food.
