The most stupidest and unprofessional hospital I ever been too. I have no idea what s up with all the roommates stuff. I even ask them if my husband could get his own room because I nor my husband feels comfortable of sharing room with another person plus his roommate is so rude and privacy is what matter most too. Even if you want to stay overnight with your love one, they won t allow it, try to kick you out and have you stay in the lobby, which the lobby isn t a room by itself but with a bunch of elevators, which make me felt even unsafe and uncomfortable. I mean, why should I leave my husband in a nurse s care when the nurses can t even do their job right. When you called for assistant, it took a nurse 10-15 mins to come to your serve, like c mon, isn t that why you go to school for and get your degree. What if a patient is dying, you re just going to delay it and come whenever you want, I mean that is so unprofessional. I been to many other hospitals and this hospital is the only hospital I have bad experiences with. Why should I leave even if visitor hours are over? Many other hospitals have visitor hours and they still allow the patient s love one to stay over night. Why should I leave my husband in someone s hand since my husband and I can t trust them and feel uncomfortable about it. I understand that the policy is to help keep everyone safe but at least give patients and their love ones some options and stop forcing them when they disagree. I thought patients thoughts and feelings is what matter to the hospital but I guess not; not when they only want money from patients. Without your patients, this hospital wouldn t even be here today. I feel like this is just an ashamed and embarrassment for a hospital to treat their patients and the patients family like this. The nurses and doctors are pretty nice and convenience when coming to questions and helping you but the policy is what I don t agree with. Hopefully this hospital change their policy and make it more convenience for the patients so he or she could at least feel like it s home, feel comfortable staying here, feel like he or she have the privacy they wants, be able to feel relax so they could recover faster by having their family with them when they needed someone when the nurses aren t around because some prefer their family assist them because of trust and comfortable.
