I completed a bankruptcy chapter 13 with this firm...

I completed a bankruptcy chapter 13 with this firm, however paperwork that i need completed/filed with the court and with mortgage companies has not been filed. I have contacted Tetiana and the paralegals a minimum of 10-15 times (calls/emails) and absolutely nothing has been done. Its like they got paid and they are done, however for me my 60 months has turned into 70+ months because i can't get the finishing touches from them. I'd do it myself IF I COULD but I'm not authorized. If someone from the firm sees this, can you please check your email so I/we can move on. I did my part!
