As an urban farmer, I was in town to attend a Farm Conference and wanted to find a place that was Farm to Table in Albuquerque, was recommended this place. I wish I could now see the property in full swing, but I was enchanted in the off season just as much. I went just to wander the grounds and go to the bar. There was a bit of a wait, but it was Valentine's and it still only took me 15 minutes to get a seat at the bar. The staff at the hotel, restaurant and little store were all so welcoming and nice that I would visit here again while in town.
