Pinehurst is definitely not the place it once was!...

Pinehurst is definitely not the place it once was! The service used to be stellar, the cleanliness was next to none, and you felt like you were somewhere prestigious. It is obvious the care that once took center stage here no longer exists. A lot of employees act like they couldn t care less about their job, and unfortunately, resort guests. I believe the management in place now needs to take a hard look at what Pinehurst truly is and why people return year after year. Name only goes so far, and if the resort is allowed to continue in this downward spiral, I can only imagine what will happen to occupancy and revenue. Remember, people make the difference!
