Great experience with Zach in service at the Richmond Camping World. He promised to keep me informed during the repair process and he actually followed through. A very refreshing experience after what happened to us at the Fairfield Camping World location. Camper repaired in record time! Looks like they went above and beyond with the repairs that were made.
