The photographers and videographers they contract ...

The photographers and videographers they contract out to are great from my experience, but the office staff and general company are beyond horrible. The standard experience is that they will give you a DVD of the video. Yes, DVD. DVD is essentially an obsolete technology, yet they want $500 extra if you want your video in HD. Which, obviously you do. Essentially, they hold all your wedding memories hostage for $500 after you've already paid them an extreme amount of money. Jenna in particular was a nightmare to deal with. I suggest you figure out who they contract out to, and work with those folks directly. Unless, of course, you like being held hostage, ignored, and disrespected (in which case, request Jenna Ernst!!!)
