When i joined them, they serviced me well. Now deb8t order or direct payment will be made and a week later, still says suspended service. Phone their hopeless call centre especially after 4pm and you hold for like 10 or more minutes on a cellphone imagine, just to be told yes we see debit order went through please call tomorrow as credit div closes at 4pm.
Their new system of glexi, yes it has saved me R200 but its not automatic shift, one must go do this and that to activate choose which flexi etc. I dnt need this.
