Laptop was still under warranty - Toshiba recommen...

Laptop was still under warranty - Toshiba recommended we bring in to DHE Computer Systems. DHE found visual exterior damage on the unit witch voids the warranty (Reasonable). At this point DHE Computer systems should have called me and explained there is now going to be a charge to look at this unit. Instead they continue to diagnose the system and find no issues. Dan Hammock sent- "The symptoms you mentioned were all software problems. If you had known how to fix the issue yourself, you would not have needed us or Toshiba" after we complained about the unauthorized charge.
So they insult my intelligence, update some drivers and then refuse to return my computer until I pay for the diagnosis charge that was never authorized.
