Reluctantly (because I have been a customer of this restaurant for years and have always found it extraordinary) I have to give only one star and I must say I am very disappointed with my visit last Saturday.
To my surprise I did not find the service always welcoming, quite the contrary: three girls who obviously had not been trained and bordering on rudeness.
Of waiting and waiting. After waiting half an hour for a dessert (which never arrived!) And after paying the bill, to our surprise the dessert had been included in the bill.
No apologies from them for the wait or their mistake in the bill. On the contrary, the staff became more and more rude.
Eventually we were reimbursed for the dessert never served and left with no apologies from them but rather with a bitter taste of our dinner.
Too bad because it was as I said an extraordinary place.
