Had such a HORRIBLE experience here today getting service done on my car. If I could give 0 stars I would. I literally make a gmail account just so I could write a complaint about this place My cars low oil light had been going off so I brought it in to see what was going on. Everything went fine, I was quoted $120 for oil change and diagnostics. Unfortunately I received a call later in the day with bad news that was horribly explained. I believe it was a Megan who called me and literally told me right away that I needed a new engine which is $6000, as well there was some kind of leak that was $1500 and wheel alignment that was $140 for a total of cost approx. $8000. It was a significant amount of money which completely shocked me, she said it so fast with NO explanation of why I needed all that done. She then told she would give me some time to decided what to do. I was given NOOO explanation as to what was wrong in my car and as to why everything needed to be done. Its a large amount of money and I began to panic. I don't know too much about cars, so I got my father who knows more to call and see what was going on. I do have an 2007 rav4 so the repairs aren't worth it and I will be buying a new car but if I do get another Toyota I will NEVER be taking it back there. That was the worst customer service, who the hell calls and tells someone it going to cost $8000 and not tell them anything else or why. I will never recommend anyone to come here and tell them to go to any other Toyota dealership, it was honestly just horrible. But thanks for the small discount, however it doesn't make up for that so I will never be coming back to this place.
