Had a wonderful introduction to the Kimberly with the welcoming friendly staff, a surprise upgrade to a suite and complimentary cocktails. Great views from the top floors and a balcony. Room service offers good variety. Breakfast on the top floor had a wide selection of hot and cold food. Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. King size bed and pillows comfortable. The hotel is very central, takes minutes to walk to Time Square or Grand Central and there are convenient subways nearby. Hotel has three dining options and there are many other options within walking distance. Would definitely come back.
