Having to calendar when I have to call THEM is backwards, when they should be calling me to get supplies. Every three months they say they will call but it just doesn't happen. October comes and I call again to place my next order but I'm NOT told that I need a new script. Come late December, I call again for Januarys order (holiday time, Doctors out) and I'm told my prescription IS EXPIRED! I'm told I can't get any supplies and I need a new script. The Doctor is OUT. So come January, my insurance changes and, wait for it, THEY DON'T TAKE MY INSURANCE! Thank you! (still waiting for supplies from my new insurance company!)
