HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE..

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE..
I m currently still on the phone with a rep and have been so for 1 1/2 hours to get my insurance card mailed to me !!!! I cannot understand her because she does not speak English and every time I ask a question she doesn t understand me and I m put on hold for another 10 minutes to have still no response when she returns . I pay quite enough money to this company and with that being said it shouldn t take anyone 1 1/2 to answer one question. Spend our money wisely and hire a staff that is trained by you to do a job correctly
