Just when I thought that I was going to call the Sales Tax 1 Division and end up with someone else on the phone besides Melissa who was amazing... I figured if I didn't get her that I would expect to have a bad experience. I was lucky enough to get Ray who normally works in the Dept of State Division for various licensing - Ray... for someone who was just a sub helping out a short handed department went the extra mile to assist me in my filing. He was very pleasant and informative. I'm absolutely impressed at the professionalism and customer service.
