Can be busy. The pies and pasties are okay but better to order other foods. Most foods are reheated except the villlis branded got foods and cakes. The donuts are more filling and more generous the kk's donuts. Tip: order your coffee/tea in a mug cheaper then takeaway cups. Also if it looks full come back in 15 minutes. The crowds cycle quite quickly
