I have have several pleasant experiences when meeting with two of the doctors/nurses at BWPC. Unfortunately there are two main issues with BW that, judging from most of the other lower star reviews that echo similar if not identical complaints, they just CHOOSE not to address. I've had enough and my husband and I are both in the process of finding a new primary care physician. I almost wish I could attribute this to being overworked due to the pandemic...but these same complaints go years back.

Issue number one is how it is nearly impossible at times to reach ANYONE at BW. When I tried to make my very first appointment I called 7-8 times, on different days, over two weeks time and left at least two messages. Only one of which was responded to after a long wait. It's almost as if they don't want new patients.

Issue number two is more serious. On two separate occasions BW has either lost or uploaded my results to my portal account. The first time they said they had my results but forgot to upload them I believe. I let this go, assuming it was a one time human error. The second time happened just recently, when my radiology scan results were faxed to them. After a long time had passed I emailed BW and they said they did not have my results. I waited even longer and called the radiology location and asked what was going on. They told me my results were faxed to BW the SAME DAY, that they received a confirmation they went through and even gave me the fax number to double check. It was correct. Its now OVER A MONTH later and I am now just about to receive my results after they requested them.

What's goin on here! This is not ok...I'm just hoping that my result are clear. If not, well, I've already missed out on over a month worth of treatment. This is dangerous!
