I arrived to the dealership and was given a warm greeting by Ana Almonte. Ana's customer service was fantastic. She walked me through the process, went on a short test drive with me and answered many of my questions. She went above and beyond in assisting me in getting the car I wanted. Also, the finance department Yubriela was good in answering questions I had with financing the car. She was just as helpful.
