Regarding the service department let me just say that there is something terribly wrong with the system in place. When you pull in you are asked if you have an appointment, what it is in regards to, etc. Next, you bring your paperwork inside and are asked the exact same questions again, regardless if you have an appointment. I mean, I have an appointment for a specific service, you have access to the computer system, you are physically looking at the computer, why must I explain the reason for my visit? What is on the screen that you are entering information??? Didn't I make the appointment with this location? Didn't I just explain this to the person who just took my car? Ok fine. Twice, three times really but who's counting. Now you are asked to bring your paperwork to a rep where you are asked- you guessed it, the reason for your visit. I mean, it's exhausting to write this all out, imagine living it...
The reason I'm posting this is because I have endured this nonsense for a while but today, while waiting for the rep, the young woman at the reception desk was on her cell phone having a personal conversation in which she felt it acceptable to use expletives. I can only shake my head at the depths to which customer service has sunk. If you are looking for a good customer service experience, this is not the location.
