Today my experience was pathetic.. I have to wait for 45 mins to get the luggage.. No supporting staff no where.. Coming from bengaluru to kolkata in SpiceJet(9.45 pm was scheduled arrival time but came 10.15 pm) No where I saw any staff at all... Outsie of the airport (car parking area) people parked their car middle of the road and doing loading and unloading... . Some people I saw parked at reserved place (divyanga) and picking normal passengers
