The new balance store Carle place has the worst customer service in the store. I went in to look for a particular cross training sneaker and they tell me they do not sell anything like that when I looked up on the Internet they had several shoes and sneakers. The sales person has an attitude and was unfriendly towards me very unprofessional he has directed me to go to the mall with an attitude. I do not understand why people keep this store good ratings where in customer service is very poor here or just maybe they just discriminate handicap people I suggest people should not come here.
