I brought my 750 Li for an oil change without an appointment one day due to the indicator coming on unexpectedly. We were about to embark on a small trip to Banff with overseas clients and therefore felt it was important to have it looked at prior to leaving. Mike from BMW Gallery went out of their way to squeeze me in and changed my oil in less than an hour. The staff was professional and provided extremely great service.
