7 times out of 7 times getting my maintenance pack...

7 times out of 7 times getting my maintenance package failed to rotate tires correctly or improper tire pressure or didn't reset tire sensor system, 2 of those times I informed service and/or sales MANAGERS that I would be looking for this issue before putting the van in. What else did they miss? Never coming back.
