I was going to buy a new stove and microwave from them. I asked three times if they install the microwave and was told yes three times. Today they called and wanted to confirm mondays delivery and was told no they will not install this is after charging me $140 extra for "installation ". I asked to talk to manager and was told none were working, this was during normal business hours. One would call me back. 3 hours later the sales person called. All they said they would do is give me the name of an installer. The sales person was not overly friendly or willing to work with me so I canceled the order. We have spent well over $10000 there in the last few years. There has definitely been a change in the way they do business. Not Good.
Update Colders manager did call me back and we have come to an agreement. I am happy with the agreement and will continue to do business with Colders.
