The hotel was very nice and the reastauranta were excellent.However,We had a float which belonged to us but it seemed that our float was swapped.We left our float unattended for 2 hours as we had previously did this and nothing happened.However,our float seemed to have a hole in it and and was flattening out when we came back.Now,a float cannot simply have a hole when it was still.We saw and confronted two people using exactly the same float as ours but they resisted.Our float was flat and therefore that left us not happy and quite annoyed.As soon as I went into the building,they thought I was going to complain and fled according to my dad.There is nothing bad with the hotel,but that is our one disappointment on hotel grounds but has nothing to do with he hotel.Thanks Jumeirah Zabeel Saray for the memorable stay.
