Very Disappointing stay at the Zabeel Saray. Not sure, how this hotel can be part of the Jumeirah group. Service is not even 4star level.
Literally all, what makes the Jumeirah experience special , does not apply here:
No water bottles in the room, no masks, no sanitizer, no second set of towels, no amenities in the shower, no cleaning service of the room , no cold water at the pool, not cold re-freshing towels at the pool..... UNLESS YOU ASK FOR IT.
Skip the restaurant at the pool - tasteless, boring, waste of money.
EXCELLENT: the food in the Lebanese and Indian restaurant is outstanding!!! I will come back again and again.
