Jeremy and the team at Pinnacle made our purchase super simple. My husband and I were both super busy between work and trying to spend time with our 10 month old boy, so we weren't really available that often. Through electronic documents and email, we were able to complete all the requirements for our loan without having to go in to the office. Most steps of the purchase process were explained without us having to ask questions, and if we did have them Jeremy was always willing to help.
