Stayed 2 nights in the hotel. Conveniently located near Dubai Mall metro station, and relatively close to Dubai mall (20 min walk).
Facilities in the hotel are correct. Pool and rooms with partial view over Burj Khalifa, I asked for a room with view over Burj Khalifa and views where very partial and Burj was almost hidden behind the buildings the hotel has in front.
I suffered a non-professional not up to 5* hotel standards issue with the breakfast, but they amended it during my stay and apologized to me for such embarrassing situation I lived. I hope they will take action to avoid those disgusting issues for the future guests.
Kindness and professionalism of staff was excellent despite this incident. I want to highlight the work of Crystal from F&B section, she was trying to help at all times.
