Nice location in Fells Point. Other reviewers are right: Really loud to the point of distraction. Not the place for conversation. Service was good. Food was average. Mexican "inspired," so don't expect old favorites. Would look for an alternative next time I am going out in this area unless it was summer and I really wanted a table on the water.
