I made a service appointment yesterday for today at 9:00 AM with the Service Manager John. Very good experience; excellent customer service. John was off today and Megan, a service advisor took care of me when I arrived shortly before 9AM. Again, very good experience. The service performed appears to have been completed satisfactorily.
