Joe Coughlin has the worst customer service I have dealt with. After making my first mortgage payment with Universal Lending through the phone, I asked for a receipt. He told me we would send it right over. Two hours past and I was still waiting on the receipt. Called again and he notified me that he hasn t sent it yet. I then called towards the end of the day and it seemed like he was too lazy to get up, make a copy, scan that copy, and email it to me. I don t think I am asking for too much. Why is it such a pain to get a receipt of a payment? I hope to never have to work with Universal Lending Corporation again.
