VNOM is an employment agency that conducts nice conversations and gives you a good feeling that you are the right candidate. But then you come to an intake interview with the Recruiter who does very big, so to speak (Donnie) as if he were from the management or something like that. And that they start from a colleague while they themselves had a conversation with me through the telephony and had a good feeling and that can change so because they send a colleague who showed arrogant / kapsones behavior. Very unfortunate from VNOM. I thought they were a nice employment agency, but on the contrary, they prove it. Think carefully before you start working at VNOM.
