I felt really good the way I was treated... I had my 2016 Lincoln MKZ serviced about a week ago and my Service rep. was Glen Benedict .what a class act this guy is.. first of all my car couldn't be ready when promised no problem Mr. Benedict made sure I had a vehicle so I could get back and forth from work.. when my car was ready Mr. Benedict also applied a $25 discount because my car wasn't ready when promised.. because the shop was extremely busy. Mr. Benedict is very professional and shows a genuine car for his customers. Thanks Mr. Benedict you definitely are my go to guy. See you soon..
