I have been living in one of their properties for almost a year now, since I have moved in I have had nothing but issues, from roaches to a furnace that wasn't warming up my water to a broken thermostat, my dryer wasn't working for months I didn't get a mailbox key for 6 weeks and was never given a pool key. When I had the dryer fixed the guy said that the hose was too long and it needed to be replaced with an aluminum one, that never happened. 3 weeks ago I had to have my stove replaced and I had told management that my washer was not working. Over a week and a 1/2 ago I was told that I would be getting a new washer. I have inquired almost every other day to find out what is going on as I was told the owner had purchased a new washer and it would be delivered. I have spoken to 3 different staff members all of which told me something different. I called for the 7th time and was told I would receive a call and as usual that never happened. It is very obvious this property management only goes to work to get a paycheck, they do not care about their tenants or giving them a comfortable living situation. It's a shame to treat tenants poorly, especially ones who pay their rent on time every month and take care of the property they are renting!
