One of the best hotels, I have visited in Sri Lank...

One of the best hotels, I have visited in Sri Lanka. We were a group of 11 rooms visiting on 7th & 8th Jan 2017. Very helpful and respectful staff. Rooms were excellent, specially the ground floor rooms which had proper wheel chair access even to the toilets, because we had my mother who was confined to a wheel chair. All staff from the Deputy General Manager (Mr Sudusighe) to the room boys were very helpful, and always with a smile. Great food, and we enjoyed the piano music while we had our meals (this is an excellent idea, rather than the boring pipe music at many hotels). We were also not rushed to check out (as most hotels do), and had enough extra time to check out after the week-end. Overall a very pleasant experience, and hats off to the staff for doing a great job. Keep it up ....CITRUS WASKADUWA....we will be back again !!
