Went to Davis Cadillac with my XTS 2 visits over course of 2 oil changes (~15,000 miles) & each time asked that touchscreen be repaired under B2B warranty! All I got was pushback each time (stupid excuses like wipe screen with synthetic screen cloth / cleaner) They did paid work but never even seriously investigated warranty repair requests!
Took XTS to Gainesville Buick GMC for next oil change & touch screen was replaced under warranty no problem! I'll never go back to Davis! Gainesville Buick GMC is the place for service on any GM brand vehicle!
