I want to start this review by stating I rarely, if ever, feel compelled to write reviews, it takes either an incredibly horrible experience or amazing experience to tip me over the edge. The Browns Mazda Used Car department offered my friend and I the former. The sheer quality of service I received from Obi and Stan has set them apart in an overpopulated market, and shot them straight to the top. We were looking at the Mazda CX5 at a dealer in Tyson's corner, and were pretty set on it. It was missing a few options here and there but the price was competitive or so we thought. We were prepared to return to the other dealer to wrap up the deal after stepping out for a quick lunch, but on the way we happen to drive by Browns. We walk in, no appointment and our sales consultant Obi was kind and quick to sit us down and show us all of the different CX5 inventory they had on the lot. We were settled on a comparable 2016 CX5 Sport, that had a few less options than the one at the Tysons dealer but the price they gave us was out of this world. We promised the other dealer that we would give them a call on the original CX5 and we did, but when we were on the lot looking around while on hold, we saw a blue CX5 grand touring that was originally priced far above our budget. I convinced my friend that if they could give us a similar deal they gave us on the Sport that we may be close enough to swing it. Sure enough they gave us a deal that we couldn't refuse and my friend ended with his dream car. By the time we had the deal dialed in, the dealership was past closing time. Instead of going home, Obi and Stan stood by throughout the whole financing process well past an hour after closing. Obi even took photos of my friends new car and mine to send to us, sharing in our excitement. If you want a good, honest deal, and fantastic interactions, this is the place to go. Ask for Obi! You won't be disappointed!
