I have a mortgage with this company and I can never get through to them their 800# is non accessible from my area and i'm given the run around every time I try to e-mail them. I never get a call back.

They recently upped my mortgage payment and i can't even call them to find out why. This is the third mortgage company that has bought out the mortgage and the only one I've never been able to speak to a real person with. They may have upped my interest rate that may explain the increase. This is maddening.
